CometChat loses its layout on your website because of incorrect loading of the CSS file.

If the CSS is not loading, follow the set of procedures listed below:

Load cometchat/css.php in the browser and save the contents into cometchat/cometchat.css file.

Edit the CometChat HTML code to point to the cometchat/cometchat.css file instead of the cometchat/css.php

Make sure that the CometChat HTML code is added immediately after the head tag of your site.
